The new nich website I created to fill the void.

When the housing market fell back in mid 2005, things started to change for me like most people. I noticed that selling my spec homes were taking longer and finding that I was needing to lower the prices by a large margin just to get then sold. It wasn’t until mid 2006 when it hit me that I needed to find some sort of different career path as I knew this was going to be a long haul.

One of the platforms I wanted to investigate and look into was the internet and specifically network marketing.  This became a reality when I read an article from Forbes Magazine came out stating that “75 million Americans would join a home based business in the next 3 years” That is a heck of a lot of people.”  These are new people searching on the internet for some type of online business or networking business and I became to realize that the internet was the area I was going to focus my attention.

This reality didn’t set in until earl 2008 when I was introduced to Enagic and the amazing water ionizer that they made namely the SD-501. It was this new career path that I decided to join and slowly started to incorporate the internet into that reality.

Over a period of time, I began to build a team for the business and there started to become a need to help my team attract the right audience.  My main goal for a website was to really help my team by becoming a leader that was going to take action. And that is exactly what I decided to do. To take action. Hence, my first crack at doing a website ended up being my website now www.kangenwaterlife.com.

This proved to be a really good start as it was created from scratch and filled in the voids where most Kangen water sites lack. What is really unique about my site is the fact that I have decided to reward my distributors by listing them on my site according to certain geographical areas. This was a revolutionary idea fro me.  It follows the principle of giving without want.  This simply means that anyone interested in joining my team will be listed on my site where your targeted market comes to you instead of you chasing non-targeted markets.

Who is Phil Richardson?

Since this is my first blog, I would like to introduce myself and give a brief history of myself.  I was born in the L.A. area and moved down to Northern San Diego where I grew up and graduated from High School.  Attended Chico State University and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

After College, I began my career in the Construction field by becoming a Contractor and building many various houses, some spec and some custom homes throughout the Southern California Area.  I am now moving on and am now working on the internet with various online companies.
